The EvilPoopMan's Reign refers to the time period in which Norbert011 and Revert, secretly using the account EvilPoopMan, invaded and took control over the server.
The Reign started on 3 December 2022 after the EvilPoopMan, under the control of Norbert, joined the server. Being a well-known and prominent figure on the server, he quickly gathered a large army of followers at Spawn and enslaved new players joining from Betacraft. The army proceeded to invade Lockedchestia and began pillaging and looting it of resources, breaking into chests and griefing multiple builds. With Lockedchestia under his control, the EvilPoopMan established a strict hierarchy with himself at the top. New players were enslaved and forced to manual labor for the EvilPoopMan, while more experienced players served as "interns", being bodyguards for the EvilPoopMan and overseeing the slaves. EvilPoopMan's army ignored the server rules and established himself as the de-facto head of the server. Pooplandia was built in the ruins of Lockedchestia from resources gathered by the slaves, and functioned as the PoopMan's main base of operations throughout the Reign.
In secrecy, CalmCreeper360 formed an underground anti-poopist resistance movement to counter the tyranny, consisting of several defected slaves and new players. 44cckw, one of many veteran players who supported the Reign, switched sides mid-war and became a undercover spy for the resistance. This resistance movement was detrimental to the downfall of the EvilPoopMan, carrying out several acts of sabotage, guerrilla warfare and court cases against the PoopMan and his interns.
The Reign ended on 8 December 2022, after a massive organized revolt headed by the resistance occurred against the EvilPoopMan's diminishing rule. With both his interns and slaves turning against him, the EvilPoopMan fled the server and his authority over the server completely collapsed. The account was permanently banned from the server, and his interns was pardoned for their crimes. Although the server quickly recovered from this event and returned to normal, it set a dangerous precedent for possible future events, as seen with the June of Chaos 6 months later.
Prelude
The Reign
Invasion of Lockedchestia
The account EvilPoopMan unexpectedly joined the server on 3 December 2022. During this time, the account was secretly under the control of Norbert011 without the public's knowledge. Revert would also shortly join using the account washingtonDC, and would act as a new player arriving from Betacraft. The EvilPoopMan quickly managed to gather a large amounts of followers at Spawn, recruiting both old players on the server such as TriKhazan, raddicted and even 44cckw, while also managing to convince some new people joining from Betacraft to join. The growing army would gear up and teleported to the Lockedchestia using the alternate account WarpDrive, which Norbert had placed there in advance.
Tsar_Boris was offline for the time being, and with no defenders, the nation of Lockedchestia was desecrated by large swastikas.
While the arriving army behaved mostly peaceful, it quickly got out of hand. The army followed the EvilPoopMan's commands with no hesitation. Chests was broken into using exploits, buildings was desecrated by large swastikas.
The EvilPoopMan quickly established a strict hierarchy with himself on top. New players arriving from Betacraft was turned into slaves, with them being deported to the Farlands and forced to mine dirt in the Lockedchestian mines. More experienced players on the other hand, such as 44cckw, Norbert, rad and TriKhazan, functioned as "interns", with their goals being to guard the EvilPoopMan and watch over slaves. With the EvilPoopMan successfully occupying the Farlands and establishing his base of operations there, he quickly started making plans to establish his planned build, Pooplandia, made out of dirt blocks that his slaves was gathering.
Resistance
CalmCreeper360 was one of the few players who did not follow the word of EvilPoopMan, and did not participate in the invasion of Lockedchestia. While he was teleported to Lockedchestia against his will, he refused to work for the EvilPoopMan, which landed him in trouble with his clique. While the PoopMan's interns were busy managing the slaves and assigning work, Calm would manage to escape captivity by killing the EvilPoopMan off-guard and stealing his items. He quickly teleported back to Oak Hills and hid inside his house. There, he would secretly form an underground anti-poopist resistance, which was dedicated to liberating the slaves and Betaonline as a whole from the EvilPoopMan.
During the first days of the Reign, Calm would find himself in sporadic fights and skrimishes against the EvilPoopMan and his interns. Calm managed to critically weaken EvilPoopMan by cleverly luring him into the backrooms of his house, which had been equipped with several booby traps. EvilPoopMan and Norbert who both were geared up with diamond armor, entered Calm's house but instantly fell into one of his traps. Calm managed to kill them both with lava and secured their stuff. The construction of Pooplandia was severely weakened due to this, as several stacks of dirt was lost. At first, Calm tried to make a proposal to give back parts of the materials, in exchange for peace and a compensation fee, but EvilPoopMan would promptly decline this offer, leading Calm to burn all 23 stacks of dirt.
This success didn't last long however, as soon after all the other interns of the EvilPoopMan would catch wind of these ongoing troubles. The interns retaliated, launching persistent attacks towards Calm's house and completely destroying it multiple times. Calm was also spawnkilled on several occasions. 44cckw, who was initially a supporter of the EvilPoopMan, became disillusioned with the movement and the PoopMan's authority over the server due to these actions. He would secretly join the resistance as a spy, and provided important intel and supplies to the resistance, which strengthened their guerilla efforts.

On 3 December 2022, it was unanimously decided by the Betaonline community to hold a court case related to the Poop invasion of Lockedchestia that had occured, in addition to the fallout it had spawned.
The court case was held on 4 December 2022. CalmCreeper on the behalf of the resistance sued the EvilPoopMan, on the grounds of him regularly breaking Betaonline rules. While FinsCon was originally going to be the judge of the court hearing, to be as unbiased as possible, the role passed over to 44cckw due to Fin's absence. While the court went smooth at first, it was interrupted at numerous occasions. epikrika was killed during the hearing, and Norbert would go haywire and kill 44cckw with a sword. Luckily, order was soon restored in the courtroom, and everyone managed to calm down and put aside their differences for a brief moment. The interrogation of the witness and defendant went on for several minutes. To appease both parties of the conflict, as 44cckw was a secret resistance spy, he would controversially rule both EvilPoopMan and Calm to be guilty of several crimes and sentenced them both to freedom on parole.
Pooplandia
While peace between the resistance and the EvilPoopMan was reached, the reign of Poop over the server did not come to an end. The EvilPoopMan and his interns put their focus on the ruins of Lockedchestia, where they had planned to build a massive "Poop Throne" in honor of the EvilPoopMan. Due to lacking funds, construction did not occur until 4 December.

7-Hour Anarchy
While the Reign had turned into a cold war with peace being agreed upon in the Oak Hills court, it was clear to everyone that this would not last forever. The EvilPoopMan would be the first to break this truce on 7 December 2022, by building a massive "Poopstika" in Oak Hills, then proceeding to grief Calm's house by destroying blocks and creating a large lavacast on top of it. This grief would quickly get out of hand and escalate, with both Norbert and EvilPoopMan would completely ruin the server with TNT and duping large amounts of blocks. Virtually every settlement on the server was affected by the chaos, and Betaonline became a de-facto anarchy server.
This period would go on for 7 hours straight, as 44cckw was offline during this time. He would later join the server and load a backup, which restored everything to how it used to be. A world download of the destroyed world was later released, as a constant reminder to showcase all the death and destruction the EvilPoopMan caused.
Revolt
With the Reign being in full swing again, it was clear to the resistance that they had to use more drastic measures to put an end to the EvilPoopMan's terror on the server, to prevent another catastrophic event like the 7-Hour Anarchy from happen again. Due to Oak Hills' legal system failing them, the resistance instead prepared for a final violent confrontation with the EvilPoopMan and his interns.
On 8 December 2022, the EvilPoopMan and Norbert would build another swastika on Calm's house. Having prepared for this previously, 44cckw secretly supplied Calm and members of the resistance with diamond armor and weapons to combat the EvilPoopMan. The resistance fighters managed to take EvilPoopMan and Norbert off-guard and kill them both. Furious, the EvilPoopMan threatened to cover the Spawn region in a massive lavacast. Several tense fights and clashes between the resistance and the remaining followers of EvilPoopMan ensued. 44cckw, who had up to this point been a secret spy for the resistance, geared up and engaged the PoopMan and Norbert directly. It was clear to the remaining interns of the EvilPoopMan that this was a fight they would lose. However, the EvilPoopMan proposed something to Calm.
EvilPoopMan : Me and you
CalmCreeper agreed to a final honorable duel against the EvilPoopMan to determine the future of the server. The fight was agreed to be as fair as possible, with usage of cheats being instant disqualification. The Fencepost was chosen to be the location of the duel. Due to his defeat in the arena, in addition to losing all of his support among the playerbase, the EvilPoopMan fled the server.
Aftermath
On 9 December, EvilPoopMan would later be banned from the server for his crimes and enslaving the server. While EvilPoopMan was under the control of Norbert011 for most of the Reign, the account was also handed over to Revert on certain occasions. Norbert would be banned for a brief time from the server as well, as a punishment for assisting in the cruel acts on the server, including the griefing of the Lockedchestia. Lockedchestia was quickly restored by 44cckw, and all traced of Pooplandia was demolished.
