Dupelandia, now known as Dirtlandia, was a settlement created and maintained by Revert after his first parole in October 2022. It borders Paris and raddicted and Wemboz_1's Territory to the west. The town was constructed by mostly Dupe War remnants that Revert duped back in April 2022, but it also contained illegally duped lapis blocks which Revert had duped during the construction of the town. This would lead to the second ban of Revert from the server.

Dupelandia was turned into Dirtlandia by 44cckw after the second banning of Revert, and the town has been left to rot since. While Revert was later given a second parole in December 2022, he made no attempt at trying to revive the settlement. He instead opted to create an entirely new town north of Dankstadt, named the U.R.E.. Dupelandia has quietly sat by itself in the rural wilderness of the server, functioning as a point of interest to travelers and a memory of Revert's time on the server.

History

Origins

Revert, who was previously banned on the server for duping, would be allowed back on the server on 27 October 2022 after promising to play normally and not dupe. However, in his inventory he had some stacks of iron blocks; remnants from the Dupe War. Revert was allowed by 44cckw to build something out of them, on the condition that he would do it some distance away from other towns like Oak Hills and Paris. Revert was also not allowed to dupe additional blocks, and could only use ones that he already owned. Disobeying these rules would result in a ban.

Revert found a suitable area for Dupelandia, and would begin construction on 28 October 2022. The first build was a sign similar to the Oak Hills Sign. Other constructions soon followed, with a massive cross being erected. Lapis builds would also be added in early November 2022, which would later turn out to be illegally duped - breaking the conditions on his parole.

Second banning of Revert

On 11-12 November 2022, Revert would place signs all across Oak Hills advertising for Dupelandia. He also began placing crucifixes made out of lapis blocks everywhere on the server. This made 44cckw suspicious, as Revert had never duped lapis before on the server. This meant that these lapis blocks were newly duped, and was not duped back in April 2022. 44cckw would also discover a house made out of iron blocks in Oak Hills. This was the final straw, and Revert lost his building permissions, but wasn't outright banned. His alternative account X25 also lost permissions.

Revert would join the server, and quickly realized that he was caught. He tried desperately to underplay his actions, but to no avail. He revealed that he had a mole on the server: another secret alternative account that held building permissions. Luckily, 44cckw managed to identify this account using IP-addresses and banned it. As such, Revert would admit to duping and would log off the server for the time being.

Dirtlandia

With the banning of Revert, 44cckw asked the server what should happen to Dupelandia. While many was in favor of outright demolishing it, Norbert011 suggested to replace all of the lapis and iron blocks with dirt using Worldedit. 44cckw agreed, and on 12 November 2022 Dupelandia would be turned into Dirtlandia. During this process, the former Dupelandia lost its warp, leaving the former town to rot.
