The United Cities of Paris and Dankstadt (UCPD), commonly known as the United Cities or Paris-Dankstadt, was a short-lived union between the cities of Paris and Dankstadt that existed for approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes on 20 June 2023. It was established during the period known as the June of Chaos, a time of turmoil on the server after several conflicts between different players had escalated out of control.
The union was an attempt by Norbert011 and TriKhazan to establish themselves as the sole military and economic power on the server. While the idea of a united Paris-Dankstadt had been lingering for a few days, the union was officially declared by Anti-Lake City forces following the invasion and subsequent occupation of the city. However, the union ceased to exist when 44cckw stepped in, banned the perpetrators, and reloaded a backup of the server, thus ending the shortest-lived political entity in the server's entire history.
Flag[edit]
The flag of the United Cities was constructed by TriKhazan before the official declaration of the union. The original flag and its details are lost, and the current version displayed on this wiki are a recreation from memory made by TriKhazan on 4 September 2023.
There is no known records or accounts of the flag being built in-game, but the Longswordsmen's blue checkerboard banner was used as a subsidiary by Norbert011 and Revert, being placed at numerous locations throughout Lake City.
