Schizoposting
On multiple occasions throughout the server's history, a phenomena known as schizoposting has been reported to have occurred.
Notable Schizopostings
speedster2931's Schizophrenia
speedster2931 was an old player on Betaonline. While he did little of significance, he played regularly on the server throughout March 2022, and is a familiar name to all old players. He would construct his house in central Oak Hills, and would rarely engage with the larger Betaonline community at the time.
However, on 2 July 2022 44cckw would discover a series of signs inside his house, babbling a mad tale. speedster has not been seen on the server since, so it is safe to say he has quit for good. Why he made the signs, or their meaning, is unknown.
Finternet
The Finternet is a supposed tunnel-network located in Oak Hills. While there is no concrete evidence of them ever existing on the server, several players claim to have memories of them. One of the main spouters of the Finternet conspiracy theory, CalmCreeper360, believes that players such as FinsCon and 44cckw are 'covering it up', and that the tunnels were filled up with smooth stone.
