44cckw's First House is one of Oak Hills' earliest buildings. Today, it is owned and managed by Norbert011.
History
Founding Oak Hills
Due to Mope222 having built his mudhole on territory originally owned by 44cckw, he was forced to move. Together with other players, like FinsCon, he traveled across the water and begun building the house into a hill. The settlement evolved into a town, which would eventually be known as Oak Hills.
Norbert Takes Over
The house was put up for sale in August 2022 by 44cckw, who had no use for it, due to him moving to the oil rig and making the villa. Norbert purchased it for a single cake a few days later.
