44cckw's first house is one of Oak Hills' earliest buildings. It was 44cckw's place of residence during the first stages of the Dupe War in early 2022, until he moved to the Oil Rig. The house was put up for sale in August 2022, and bought by Norbert011 for a single cake. After the banning of Norbert, following the June of Chaos in 2023, the ownership of the house was transferred back to 44cckw.
History
Origins
Due to Mope222 having built his mudhole on territory originally claimed by 44cckw, he decided to move his base of operations. Together with other players like FinsCon, he begun moving westward and began construction of the house into a hill. The settlement quickly evolved into a town, which would later be named Oak Hills.
Dupe War
The house was an important location during the Dupe War that unfolded in March and April 2022, as this house and the oil rig served as 44cckw's headquarters during this time. The house was first griefed by 46mm in the beginning stages of the war, after he mistook it for Norbert011's house. 46mm was banned from the server following this, but frequently returned throughout the duration of the war with alternate accounts.
The house was partially flooded with water by 46mm after another grief attempt, but this was quickly fixed. Later, on 14 April 2022, almost all populated spots server was completely destroyed with TNT after 46mm went on a rampage during his parole. This event led 46mm to be permanentely banned with no possibility for future paroles. The damages was reverted a few days later.
Ownership changes
The house was put up for sale in August 2022 by 44cckw, who had no use for it, due to him moving to the oil rig and later the White House. Norbert purchased it for a single cake a few days later. It is unknown what the house was used for while it was under the ownership of Norbert, but no changes was made to the interior nor the exterior.
After the June of Chaos unfolded, Norbert was permanently banned from the server. Norbert's large swaths of wealth he had gathered through both legal and illegal means, was claimed and distributed to other players on the server. The house returned to the ownership of 44cckw in late June 2023.
