World Border

The World Border, known as simply the Border or the Edge, is the furthest points away from Spawn in the Betaonline world that you can traverse.

History

Expeditions and Exploration

Tsar_Boris was the first player in the server's history to reach the world border, as the current world border-system was implemented due to him.

FinsCon, CalmCreeper360 and Norbert011 would reach the world border at various points throughout November 2022.

Radius

It was later revealed that the edge was a circumference with a radius about 20k blocks from spawn (20045 to be exact).

Bugs

One day in late 2022, Tsar_Boris managde to somehow traspass the edge and walk a few hundred blocks away from Lockedchestia. It is unknown how it was made, but it was later fixed.

Probably after the June of Chaos, the world border shrunk to being exactly 20000 blocks, obliterating Lockedchestia.
