The Finternet, is a network of secret undeground tunnels connecting Finer Bakery, CalmCreeper360's House and a branching tunnel to a noise machine room. However, no proof of these tunnel's locations have ever been confirmed or seen. It is believed to be caused by a Mandela effect and while unconfirmed it may be caused by an unknown property of the server, likely related to Schizoposting

The First Appearance

The first appearance of the effect occured on 3 October 2022 at 18:18. CalmCreeper360 opens the conversation by asking about the Finternet, the other players do not know what he is referring and are confused.

CalmCreeper360 then describes the Finternet as a tunnel system, and that it was connected to his house.

After this conversation, CalmCreeper360 gives a more descriptions of the Finternet;

• It was located on the BetaOnline server, and supposedly constructed and then closed by FinsCon;
• It was built at the time when CalmCreeper360's house was built;
• The Finternet connected from the Finer Bakery into his fireplace.

At this point, CalmCreeper360 proceeds to lead Fin and Norbert into the Finer Bakery backrooms and starts to dig at the back wall of the backroom.

Proposed map of the Finternet, it is still unclear as to where the east tunnel lead to.

Due to it's nature true extent of the tunnels is unclear, experiences and descriptions provided by the affected players from these chat logs let us have some clue of what it once was.

• 

  Location of the supposed main entrance, on the back wall of Finer Bakery's in it's backrooms

• 

  In CalmCreeper360's House was the first reported instance of an entrance, within the wall next to the fireplace, and reported to formerly been in the fireplace.

• 

  The third supposed entrance of the Finternet. From the tunnel what would've been a stairway up to the Public Nomad Hut through the floorboards.

Evidence

On multiple occasions, when the affected are requested to provide image proof the Finternet, they provide this video. An attempt to gaslight the playerbase.

This video has been debunked, here are some of the important points to look at;

• A WHOLE network of tunnels under Oak Hills? Completely undiscovered? You can go dig there right now, you will not find any tunnels;
• This type of video is easily reproducible via a world download, offline logins and a small group of actors;
• Zion Garner, the user who uploaded the video is not a known character on Betaonline. Very likely an NASA employee, who is supported by raddicted (a spaceman).

• On the afternoon of October 3, 2022, five people on a beta Minecraft server entered a building in South Oak Hills. Four of them were never seen again. The next morning the one player, CalmCreeper360 , was picked up on a roadside; dust-coated and screaming conspiracy. Creeper said he had broken out of a tunnel in hell. The player babbled a mad tale: a network of tunnels underneath Oak Hills... the Oak Hills noise... an entrance behind his fireplace... video proof... Then he sank into catatonia. Oak Hills lawmen mounted a day-long hunt, but could not locate the strange tunnels. They could find no traces and no entrances. No facts; no crime. Officially, on the records, the Finternet never existed. But during the last months, over and over again reports of bizarre tunnels and stories have persisted all across the server of Betaonline. The Finternet has not stopped. It haunts Betaonline. It seems to have no end.
