The Sejm is the parliament of the Free City of Mościce and at the same time its' most important structure. It serves as a meeting place for the residents or officials of Mościce and representatives of other cities, and as personal headquarters of Withermann.

The center of the building - meetings are held here. It has exactly 26 seats and two platforms for speakers to stand on. A flight of stairs is placed in the southernmost part of the hall. Entering it is required to get to other rooms of the Sejm.
