It has exactly 26 seats and two platforms for speakers to stand on. A flight of stairs is placed in the southernmost part of the hall. Entering it is required to get to other rooms of the Sejm.

===Basement (left wing)===

This part of the basement is composed of a corridor and three rooms for potential visitors. Each room has a bed, a crafting table and a small chest.

===Basement (right wing)===

Entrance prohibited.

===Balcony (Southern, Level 1)===

===Balcony (Central, Level 3)===

The longest balcony overlays the meeting hall and connects the other two balconies. It can be used to get to both viewpoints.

===Balcony (Northern, Level 2)===

The upper part of this balcony houses a ladder leading up to the lobby. It may be used to climb the ladder on the low platform to get a clearer view of the meeting hall. The lower part contains a crafting table.
