The existence of these tunnels are debated heavily on the server. Some players believe it to be a hoax, including [[FinC121]] himself. However, [[CalmCreeper360]] has been a staunch believer of the Finternet and has been the main leader of the Finternet believers, who believe that FinC121, [[Norbert011]] and [[44cckw]] is secretly covering up the existence of these tunnels.
Beginning some time in November-December 2022, mentions of a similar '''Trikinet''' began popping up on signs throughout the server, notably in Oak Hills and [[Dankstadt]]. This Trikinet is even more cryptic than the Finternet and virtually no information about it exists. It is believed to be related to [[TriKhazan]], though if it has any relations to the Finternet remains to be seen.
