===Origins===

The house started construction on approximately 8 March 2022, making it one of [[Oak Hills|Oak Hills']] oldest builds, together with [[44cckw's First House]] and the [[AFK Pool]].
[[Wemboz_1]] would move into the basement of the house without Fin's permission and use it as a base on 11 March 2022. 44cckw offered to kick him out, but Fin found it amusing and allowed him to stay.
===Destruction===
To make space for his new house, Fin decided to demolish his house. 44cckw offered to move the house to another place by using world edit, instead of outright demolishing it, but FinsCon denied this request. The house was lit afire on 31 March 2022, after 44cckw temporarily turned on fire-spread. The final stone blocks of the build was completely mined out by 1 April 2022.
For a long time, a single block located at the world height limit was all that remained of the build. This was the remnants of the old tower. This block was destroyed by 44cckw after FinsCon requested it, on September 2022, much to the annoyance of other players, who considered it an important piece of server history.
▲Ontop of the wooden base used to be a tower up to world height limit, being the first build to do so. It was removed before it's demolition.
