The house was put up for sale in August 2022, and bought by [[Norbert011]] for a single cake. After the banning of Norbert, following the [[June of Chaos]] in June 2023, the ownership of the house was transferred back to 44cckw.

The house was an important location during the [[Dupe War]] that unfolded in March and April 2022, as this house and the [[oil rig]] served as 44cckw's headquarters during this time. The house was first [[Grief|griefed]] by [[46mm]] onin 14the Marchbeginning stages of the war, after he believedmistook Norbertit ownedfor it[[Norbert011|Norbert011's]] [[Paris Mansion|house]]. 46mm was banned from the server following this, but frequently returned throughout the duration of the war with alternate accounts. The house was partially flooded by 46mm after another [[Gay Pillar|grief attempt]], but this was quickly fixed.
